Shipment Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days for domestic shipments (within India) and 5-7 business days for international shipments (outside India).
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, except by special arrangement and with additional charges.
  • During peak seasons or periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination.

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic shipments (within India) are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • International shipments (outside India) are typically delivered within 7-15 business days.
  • Delivery estimates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
  • You can track your order status and delivery progress using the tracking number provided in the Shipment Confirmation email.

Damages

  • We take great care to package and ship your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipments

  • Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
