Requests received later than 5 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. We are committed to making the process as easy and convenient as possible for you.

Domestic Returns (India)

For domestic orders within India, you can return or exchange an item for a full refund within 10 days of receiving your order. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

International Returns (Outside India)

For international orders outside India, you can return or exchange an item for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

  3. We will send you a return shipping label.
  4. Pack your item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return shipping label.
